This course helped the participant to start developing ideas in practice and how to develop it. The course has covered all the stages of project management, from generation of ideas to evaluation of results. It will help to implement an effective project management method.

During the course, the participants have learned how to find a successful topic for a project and opportunities for its funding. For this purpose, the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework of the EU and EU Main programs, such as Europe for Citizens, Erasmus +, Horizon Europe etc., has been introduced. The course also included how to elaborate projects through the mechanism of Project Cycle Management developed by the European Commission. The aim of the course is to involve participants in the process of project design and management and provide practical information about the life-cycle of a project.
